All retail items ship USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Returns accepted within two weeks of delivery.
Buyer will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Usually, it takes a couple of business days to process your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold an item for any reason due to the uniqueness of every piece. If you want to exchange a recent purchase for a different piece, we will not hold it while you ship your return.
We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, so if alterations or adjustments need to be made, just ask us prior to returning!
We don't often get returns, so we are happy to alter pieces to suit you. You can even visit our Customize page to add sleeves or pockets to most items.

All sales are final on Sample Sale purchases.
