International shipping for retail and wholesale is no problem! Please contact me ahead of time if the general international shipping rate is high (Canada). I can adjust that if I know where and what I’m shipping
All retail items ship USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Returns accepted within two weeks of delivery.
Buyer will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Usually, it takes a couple of business days to process your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold an item for any reason due to the uniqueness of every piece. This means no exchanges. If you want to exchange a recent purchase for a different piece, we will not hold it while you ship your return. You may ship your return back within the 14 day time frame and purchase whichever other piece you like.
We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, so if alterations or adjustments need to be made, just ask us prior to returning!
We don't often get returns, so we are happy to alter pieces to suit you. You can even visit our Customize page to add sleeves, pockets or to resize most pieces.
Email email@example.com prior to returning for instructions. Please do not DM or FB message concerning returns. This ensures we can keep track of your order.
All sales are final on Sample Sale purchases.
