Shipping & Returns

International shipping for retail and wholesale is no problem! Please contact me ahead of time if the general international shipping rate for your area is not listed.

All retail orders over $35 ship free USPS first class.

If Free Shipping is chosen at checkout for orders under $35, your order will be automatically canceled.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Returns accepted within two weeks of delivery.

Buyer will be refunded minus shipping costs if applicable.

Buyer pays return shipping.

Items ship within 1-3 business days.

Returns are typically processed within 3 business days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot hold an item for any reason due to the uniqueness of every piece. This means no exchanges. If you want to exchange a recent purchase for a different piece, we will not hold it while you ship your return. You may ship your return back within the 14 day time frame and purchase whichever other piece you like.

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase, so if alterations or adjustments need to be made, just ask us prior to returning!

We don't often get returns, so we are happy to alter pieces to suit you.  You can even visit our Customize page to add sleeves, pockets or to resize most pieces.

Denim returns: please, please, please follow the measuring guidelines before purchasing. If you have any questions at all, please ask. You will be allowed to return a maximum of 5 vintage jeans before being charged a $10 restocking fee after that. This only applies to vintage jeans and cutoffs, not Painted Oyster label pants.

Email info@paintedoysterclothing.com prior to returning with your name or order number for instructions. Please do not DM or FB message concerning returns. This ensures we can keep track of your order.

 All sales are final on Sample Sale purchases.
